Eight Is Enough

Hi readers! Just wanted to pop in and let you know we made it to Portland safe and sound! We are in our temporary housing and still need to find a place to live so no ootd's for you just yet. Plus, I'm still getting settled in and trying to get used to this so cold weather. One thing that is making me feel at home is Anthropologie, and it's literally across the street from where we are staying. Oh no, I smell trouble!

Which is why I really need to stay on the wagon and stick to my shopping break. If you remember from this post, I am going on a shopping break until Christmas. So here are my eight items that I'm allowed to get if they go on sale...

8List

1. Anthropologie Oolite Necklace - I'm swooning over the pearls, the gold rose and blush colored beads.
2. Anthropologie Sweeping Stitch Heels - LOVE the color of these and of course the darling bows!
3. Anthropologie Eze Sur Mer Top - Cute little striped tee (I reserve the right to swap this top out since I haven't actually tried it on yet).
4. Anthropologie Frill Force Jacket - I require this jacket, period.
5. Anthropologie Pebbled & Primped Boots - Another cute flat boot and gotta love the ruffle detail!
6. Anthropologie Linked Hasu Tote - This color is perfect year round and the beaded detail makes it special.
7. Anthropologie Volante Tee - I love the color and the detail on the shoulder.
8. Anthropologie White Noise Skirt - This would go with just about everything in my closet.

I think I would stall the house hunt if Anthro was right across the street from my temporary digs! SO JEALOUS! I hope you feel at home in your new town, quickly!

Love the items on your sale wishlist! I've been wanting the White Noise Skirt for MONTHS now, and just noticed it's available in green too - when did that color pop up? And does it mean I'll be waiting even longer now - boo! Tricia is making me lust for those boots!

I love the force frills coat too and have been waiting to see if it would go on sale but now I see that their is only a size 0 left. Too small for me. Do you think they might get more?

Glad to hear you're getting settled in. I think I'd be in major trouble with an Anthro across the street!!! Happy Thanksgiving.

berrygirl Jamie - I'm hoping to track one down in my size from the stores since I still see them in stores. That's if it ever goes on sale and I'm hoping it does soon since I need a warm coat here! So I bet you could find your size thru customer service if you're willing to call around.

This a really nice collection. I'm crazy about those boots. They are different, but with an edge and still look feminine. Love them!

Hi Jessica! Glad you made it here safely! It's normally not this cold in Portland! But I guess you're able to get the first of the worst to come...

Hopefully you'll find some warm clothes at Anthro - get yourself a welcoming gift! :)

Stay warm out there and be safe!

So jealous you are right across from Anthro...and I love that you are on a shopping break but will allow yourself to get certain sale items...it makes the shopping break seem less intimidating.

How lucky are you to be right across the street from Anthro? I would seriously be in there every day if I were in that situation. The SA's would probably start to get suspicious!

I'm crossing my fingers that the Pebbled and Primped Boots go on sale before the end of the year and I'm thinking the White Noise Skirt should be going on sale soon too (it seems like its been out forever!).

Glad the big family move went well! Hope you guys settle in OK even in temp housing - though I think being across from an Anthro may help! ;o)

never move from this temp spot - Anthro across the street?? I would be there every day! I miss your OOTD's! I love your list - good stuff. I'm freezing too - really cold for this time of year!

So glad you made it there safely -- AND that there is an Anthro in such close distance. And thanks for sharing your wishlist. I am hoping for the Pebbled and Primped Boots, as well!

Happy landing! And right in front of an Anthro. I seriously have several of your picks Wish Listed. I know you love your Bowtied Beauty Boots, so i'm fairly certain you will adore the Pebbled and Primped too. I know they weren't as popular, but I love them just as much. I think the rather troublesome color is a positive and makes them more versatile than Black.

I love the Sweeping Stitch Heels! They are also known as the "In with the New" pump by Seychelles - I found them on Amazon for only $90, (Unfortunately they do not have them in the color you want, but they do have 3 different colors than what Anthro has).

I would be in trouble if I lived right across from Anthro. I'm loving those seychelles too. Hope you can find a more permanent place soon and get settled. Happy Thanksgiving!
